New Healthcare Bill & Real Estate Tax

There has been a lot of buzz regarding the new Real Estate Tax implemented by the current administration's health care reform. The NAR (National Association of Realtors) is attempting to repeal this legistlation, although an overturn is highly unlikely under current rule.
