Housing Market Showing Signs of Recovery...

A panel of Real Estate experts spoke positively at a forum presented by the Virginia Association of Realtors yesterday, regarding the direction our real estate market is headed. Although there remains an influx of distressed property in the marketplace, it looks like we are close to the bottom if not there already.

"With housing prices stabalized and interest rates at historic lows, this really is the time to buy a house."
