No doubt we are still amidst a struggling housing market due to high levels of inventory, an abundance of distressed property and foreclosures, low appraisals, and difficulties in obtaining mortgages...however the market IS improving!!! 

Traffic and overall sales are picking up rapidly, according to recent studies...this is the leading indicator that although we are still well below the peak values of 2007, we are on the cusp of seeing an upward trend in housing prices.
